Jerrald brings over 32 years of a wide and varied experience from working in Building & Remodeling and Theatre Design & Technology trades to both project management and general business consulting as well as the development of web based marketing and communication plans.

A little history…Back in 1986 Jerrald founded Eastlake Associates to pursue his interests and personal directions in designing and building. In 1988 the company changed it’s name and incorporated as Paradigm Associates Ltd. (known as ParadigmProjects.com on the web) and proceeded to build a diversified project portfolio with special expertise and skills applicable in residential interiors & exteriors, store & restaurant interiors, trade show & museum exhibits, themed environments, as well as computer technology. To further pursue the applications of information technology as it relates to business management Pardigm-360 was spun off as it’s own business unit in January of 2003.

Jerrald’s has some 25 plus years of experience with Critical Path Project Management (CPM) and 8 years of experience with the newer more modern Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) method which is based on the principles of Theory of Constraints management.

Jerrald is also the primary developer behind the 360 Difference line of FileMaker Pro software solutions.

In addition to the creative work he does for Paradigm-360 Jerrald is also a skilled artist/illustrator, and theatrical set & lighting designer.

Philip (Jerrald’s brother) is is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Web Application Strategist at Sirius Innovations, LLC Open Sirius Innovations in a new window where his is the main force behind the development of the Sirius Enterprise Portal. He also serves as the publisher of both EMSVillage.com Open EMS Village in a new window, FireRescueVillage.com Open Fire Rescue Village in a new window and the SirusMUG.com (the Sirius Macintosh Users Group Open SiriusMUG in a new window).

He has successfully synthesized over twenty years of industry experience as a Paramedic, Fire Captain, EMS and Fire Service Instructor with his significant experience in web design, web application development and network administration skills. His extensive knowledge of XHTML, Javascript, Filemaker Pro, MS SQL, Cold Fusion Programming, Networks and Internet Technology has resulted in key business solutions for over fifty businesses and organizations. Phil currently manages on-going relationships with over 25 clients, including many large corporate clients.

Phil is also experienced with graphic design, multimedia development, digital video and audio. Phil brings both vision and practical experience of internet technology solutions and is critical in developing the web-strategy plans and operational infrastructure.

Jerrald’s & Philp’s sister-in-law (although married to yet another brother) is currently a web designer for Stanley Tools (StanleyWorks.com Open Stanley Works in a new window) where’s she involved with all aspects of web development from Web Architecture to Flash Animation.
